MS SQL SERVER 7.0 SERVICES

WHILE STARTING MS SQL SERVER 7.0 SERVICES, SYSTEM IS
GENERATING ERROR 1067 AND UNABLE TO START. PLS. ADVISE.

See if you can start the server from a DOS command prompt:
sqlservr -c
