ms sql server; linked server; jet; mdw

hello,
is there anybody here who can tell me how to create linked server in
microsoft sql server 2000 to microsoft access database
(microsoft.jet.oledb.4.0);
but access database have own workgroup file; i don't know where to place a
path to this mdw file while creating linked server;
and maybe i should do something else to successfully connect;
access database is divided into two parts (mdb files) - one with business
login and other with data;
in order to get access to data part i should connect to business login part;
i'll be thankful for any sugestions;
