I have started a Reporting Service project called "SQLDB.Documenter" that can be used to document databases hosted on MS SQL Server 2005. Now, the project is in its alpha phase. I am willing to give it out to people who might be interested to give it a try. It can only document MS SQL Server 2005 databases and requires SQL Server Reporting Services to run it.
