ms sql server login password policies?

Does MS SQL Server have password policies such as password aging/expiration, password complexity validation, e.g., minimum length, must contain a digit, etc., login account locking after maximum number of attempts, and so on.No, yet another reason to stick with Windows logins as much as possible.
