MS SQL server & Sybase interoperability

Dear all,
I have an application build on Sybase database, and we waant to install MS
SQL 2000 on the same machine for a different apppliction, is there any
interoperablity issues or will the sybase application be affected by any
means.
Please advice
Thanks in advanc,

Don't think so but you can use VMWare to separate out the instance.

We are using Sybase ASA and SQL Server 2000 on the same machine.
Installing SQL Server 2000 AFTER installing Sybase (8.0) did not cause
any problems. Both are working fine.
But installing Sybase ASA 8.0 after installation of SQL Server 2000
caused problems with the ODBC dlls. We had to exchange the ODBC32.dll to
get the SQL Server work again. Obviously Sybase overwrites these dlls
but SQL Server needs them.
